Setting Up Microsoft Windows Mail

1. Open up Microsoft Windows Mail, at the top of the window click on Tools and then down to Accounts

2. Click on the Add button in the upper right of the window

3. In the Select Account Type window, select E-mail Account and click Next

4. In the Your Name window, type in your first and last name and press Next

5. In the Internet E-mail Address window, type in your full e-mail address (, then press Next

6. In the Set up e-mail servers window, enter the following:
  • Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server: Type in
  • outgoing e-mail server (SMTP) name: Type in
  • Check the box beside Outgoing server requires authentication and press Next

7. In the Internet Mail Logon window, enter your e-mail username (WITHOUT "") and the password you set up for your e-mail account. Also check the box beside Remember password and press Next

8. Congratulations! Click on the Finish button.

9. You should be back to the Internet Accounts window, press the Close button

10. You can now click on Send/Receive button to begin receiving e-mail
